AP Round Numbers Grid (MT5)

What it does

• Plots horizontal grid lines every step (points) across the visible chart.
• Optional half (step/2) and quarter (step/4 and 3×step/4) levels.
• Style controls: colour, width, line style (dot/dash), draw behind candles, hide/unselectable.
• Non-trading: purely visual; no orders, no alerts. Very light on resources.

How to use

1. Attach to any chart and set Step (points). On 5-digit FX, 500 ≈ 50 pips.
2. Toggle Half and Quarter levels as needed.
3. Adjust colours/width/style and housekeeping (back/hidden/unselectable).
4. Use Max lines to keep it safe when zooming far out.

Tip: Find your symbol’s point size in “Symbol specification” to pick a sensible step.

Inputs

• Step (points) — distance between main grid lines.
• Show half levels — adds middle line between steps.
• Show quarter levels — adds step/4 and 3×step/4 lines.
• Main/Half/Quarter colors, Main/Minor widths, Style.
• Back, Hidden, Unselectable — tidy UI options.
• Max lines — hard cap for performance safety.
